  Kathryn Boening-Ulman is a Wisconsin, USA native who grew up between Elkhart Lake and the Kettle Moraine forest. She grew up with a deep appreciation for the natural world and knew she wanted to work for the environment to make it a better place for all its inhabitants. She has graduated with her B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Food, Ag and Bio Engineering at The Ohio State University with a focus on soils and water resource engineering. Kathryn's current research focuses on urban stormwater and the effects of large-scale Green Infrastructure installations on sewersheds as well as public perceptions on the design and efficacy of such installations. Kathryn is also passionate about teaching and outreach and is currently employed as an assistant professor of professional practice at Ohio State in the FABE department.

  Albert König received a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in Germany and at Toronto Metropolitan University in Ontario, Canada on the topic of dynamically prized stormwater discharge fees.
