  Kim H. Paus (b. 1982) is an Associate Professor at the Department of Building- and Environmental Technology, Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). Paus has approx. 10 years' experience from the consulting industry and specializes in modeling urban hydrology and stormwater management, nature-based solutions, cold climates, and the application of machine learning methods in both research and teaching capacities.

  Shweta Lokhande is an environmental enthusiast and a Prime Minister’s Research Fellow pursuing PhD at the Centre for Urban Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. She is a civil engineer by profession and has completed M.Tech in Environmental Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Subsequently, she joined as a Junior Research Fellow at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where she has worked on natural treatment systems for wastewater treatment. As part of her doctoral research, she is working on understanding the challenges of the wastewater sector in India, managing liquid waste in urban areas from a life-cycle perspective, and exploring the potential of natural treatment systems and scaled decentralization for sustainable wastewater treatment in India.

  Scott Struck has 20 years of water resources experience providing strategic and technical leadership to NREL on integrated water systems. Scott works across the NREL directorates performing strategic planning and research in water and wastewater treatment, supply and conveyance infrastructure, energy-water-food systems nexus and integrated water resource assessments to expand NRELs portfolio and to create high-impact research, programs, projects, internal and external teams, and partnerships. Scott regularly addresses existing problems or emerging issues through engaging with multi-disciplinary teams to develop scientifically based, applied solutions.
